An Innovative Lease Program
Want to ride but don't have a
horse?
Have a horse but nobody to ride with?
| The J-K Ranch Saddle Pals
monthly program is for horse enthusiasts who don't own a horse but have
an interest in horses, horsemanship, and riding or are perhaps thinking
about owning a horse some day. You can use our experienced and
well-cared for horses, giving you flexibility without ownership
responsibilities...or you can also join us if you own your own horse! |

| While in the monthly program you get to
ride and participate with horses on the days and at the times that are
convenient for you, much like a private riding club! We have many
horses to choose from with a variety of levels depending on the
rider's abilities and, unlike a regular horse lease, you are encouraged
to ride and work with different horses to gain more experience at the
different levels. We are always around to coach or guide you as
part of the program. Most new horse owners wish they could have
participated in a program like this to avoid the numerous
new-horse-owner mistakes that happen when trying to learn on their own. |

As a Saddle Pals member you
will have access to the complete J-K Ranch facilities. We will set
you up with equipment needed for each horse. There will be arena
riding, trail riding throughout the Sierra foothills in the many parks,
and our exclusive access to a few private ranches in the area. We
offer an ongoing choice of equestrian educational coaching sessions and
horsemanship courses for you to participate in. During the summer months you can join us (Kirkwood
Sierra Outfitters) on organized day rides, campouts, and pack trips in the El
Dorado National Forest. Last, but not least, you will meet other
fun horse enthusiasts who like to ride together, dine together, and just
enjoy the relationships between horses and humans. |

fee is offered with these options on an ongoing basis:

●Two Coaching Days included
●Discounts on some outside rides and horse courses
$350/month...our horse:
●Same as $250/month option but includes two
Coaching Days every month
●Ala Carte add-ons available
●Optional and ala carte choices such as coaching sessions; trail riding
clinics, etc. are additional
If you come from a distance or wish to ride over a few days, we have
rooms available in the ranch house on a reservation basis.
