or want an introduction to horses and trail riding. A Day at the
Ranch gives you an opportunity to go horseback riding and explore the
possibilities of continued riding with us in many of our other programs;
including Coaching/Clinic/Lesson Days, Ranch Stays, Kirkwood Sierra
Outfitters Trail Rides, Special Day Rides away from the J-K, and our new
J-K Saddle Pals!

This is more than just your
'get in line' type of Trail Ride. It's an experiential 'Entry
Level' program for horsemanship and trail riding.
You'll be riding one of our seasoned ranch
and trail horses...you won't have to worry about your riding level or
the horse's level of experience here!
Enjoy the feel of riding in a relaxed
private ranch setting, with views of some of the most spectacular
scenery of the Sierra foothills.
